Sum it up

I was posting almost daily, but man did it get repetitive. Run, weights, skate, run, weights, skate.
So I'm going weekly to bi weekly format.

Last week:
Not much exercise and some skating.
Fun, but not so good for the waistline.

This week:
Weights 2 days. Legs are stronger! Arms are not.
Ran 2 times. Yesterday with a stroller and my younger child. 3 miles Holy smokes that is hard!
Today by myself, much faster and easier! 5 miles

Hoping to get back into the swing of things as the out of town time screwed the schedule.

Work all weekend. Yeah.
