Well at least I've been good about working out.
The gym and me have been pretty cozy of late. It makes skating sooo much easier.
The candy, cookies and chocolate have been cozy of late too. Not so good for the skating.
It's not like I was expecting to be perfect over christmas. And they say a break now and then is a good idea. I don't think a sugar binging 5 day break is what they were thinking. But I can't really change that now.
So my punishment for the past transgressions come in the form of negative carbs and coffee.
All the next five days I will go pretty much carb free in hopes of killing off the 3 pound gain.
Coffee may be my only solace.
