Cardio!

Another great day! 3 miles was harder today. I know that it's not a long run for most people, but it's all new to me. I felt nauseated near the end.

I had to work to keep going and kept saying to myself "just another 7 min, just another 6 min". When I break it down to just a few more minutes, it's much easier do.

Good:
3 miles
30 minutes bike
30 minutes elliptical
400 each back/sit ups
didn't get the push ups in today. oh well.

  1. I remember when I hit 3 miles consistently. It was a great feeling of accomplishment. Great job! Plus you're getting in a lot more weights and cross training than most people.

  2. Holy moly is it hard to do it though! I can totally feel how much of it is mental and it feels great to stay in that zone. I'm super happy about it though, 7 weeks of running and I'm feeling great!
