With the whole running thing I've been taking it a little easier on the other cross training stuff just cause I've been so tired!
Anyways got a good one in today.
Good:
Ran 2.5 miles, 3 total
Biked 12 miles
Stairclimber 10 minutes
400 each sit/back ups
100 push ups/monster walks
10 minutes of planks.
