Man these weights sessions are kicking my ass! Or more to the point, my legs! Running the day after weights is soooo freakin hard!
Barely made it through this one.
1hr 10 min running 5.8 miles yeah, slow!
finished off the legs with 6 miles of the super painful biking!
I can no longer sit down or touch my toes. Yeah legs!
Oh and I'm thinking of going skating tonight!
